Liverpool Hospital Stage 2

Liverpool Hospital Stage 2 ($2,000,000) for Lend Lease. This project consisted of 32500SQM of waterproofing work to retaining walls, wet areas, plant rooms and a Helipad. Most exposed trafficable areas were done using plural spray and two-part trowel on systems with non-slip top coat as can be seen in the pictures. Leyland Brothers was given this project as we had successfully completed Stage 1, 8 years prior with no defects, NSW Health asked Lend Lease to use Leyland Brothers as our building was the only one onsite without leaks or defects.
