Leyland Brothers Waterproofing has run continuously in Sydney for 30 years. Same ACN, same phone, same director. David Colman has been on the tools and on the phone from day one.
The first decade was new construction only. For the last two decades, the remedial side has grown alongside it; new construction still accounts for 70% of the workload.
Everything is done in-house. Our own tradesmen on the tools, our own crew on every site. If something needs to be fixed, we are the ones who fix it. Across three decades there is no record of litigation against the company, and no environmental incidents on a site.

What we do

Over 40 years of torch-on experience. Sheet, liquid and below-ground systems matched to the substrate, the loading and the spec, not the system we happen to like.

Epoxy coatings
A waterproof resin that provides a durable, impermeable film. Used on plant rooms, walkways, showrooms and warehouse floors. Coloured, sealed and slip-resistant variants available.
